Use archers, they break the gamw. Most classes are absolute shit until you get far into the extra endgame content for some reason. Especially Valkyries, never use them
Unfortunately the uniques are way better than generics. There's some stat iirc that just makes your turn come faster and and your generics won't have it.
Also level up your fricking skills, equip dagger/sword/human killer/whatever, it takes ages to level them and if you don't start early you're fricked. Be sure to pair an element with weapons too, you'll get shit like "water katana, light dagger" etc later. Otherwise Canopus and Canopus with item sling should be enough to carry you through most of the game. Also daggers are OP.
It does since you can actually use the terror knight and other classes for its intended purposes while other late classes get weird and fun stuff like astromancer gets teleport skill.
Ninjas are trash and die easily. I don't understand the appeal for them other than those claiming they are great as bads who don't know wtf they are talking about.

Ninjas have the most movility and agilty while they can oneshot most enemies since they are the only class that can double attack. Also they can counter from close and far away with their shyuriken than cause some effect.
Recruit dragons and golems. Actually use knights as tanks. Have at least 1 to 2 magic users for crowd control (stone, sleep, charm, etc) along with healers. Tactic Ogre, unlike FFT games where you just 1 on 1 or focus fire until you win, actually requires some tactics.
I've played LUCT so many times and only used a Fusilier once, why does it have to be such a pain in the ass to obtain the marks AND the weapons for this class. Not only that but Fusiliers can't even learn the Fusil skill until level 15, robbing them of precious time to grind their weapon skill (don't even get me started on the fact that there are no elemental guns besides the cursed gun)
Literally 99% of shit in that game is OP if you put in the bare minimum of effort
That said: get homosexual fairy in 3rd mission, make it an archer, you broke the game

Get a fricking magic user with augment element and pick the element magic it matches too? Slap on meditate from a wizard? You broke the game
Hell even fricking magic leaves break the game

For a super fricking easy mode: take fairy homosexual from mission 3, make it a class that can use a lobber, congrats, uber portable healing. Especially with field alchemy to use high tiers
And fricking SAVE after every battle when you go back to the map. Because you can be drawn into story battles that might not be beatable with your current set up
