time travel with a kill list of certain artists that were important in popularising these aesthetics.
Lets start with Pualdron Core since that kinda boils down to going after 2 to maybe 4 guys
you going to need to go after >Sam "Samwise" Didier
Warcraft Artist >Joe Madureira
creator of BattleChaser which was important in popularizing this style
and more probably.
Didn't Madureira suffer a stroke due his obesity, by the way?
Also, Battle Chasers was perhaps the most dull attempt of catching the attention of weebs hooked on JRPG vidya.
I still recall reading Alan Moore's Top Ten and laughing in the subway like a maniac during a commute when found out that Moore was using Image female character designs for the prostitutes in Neopolis.
>Didn't Madureira suffer a stroke due his obesity, by the way
I don't know in pictures he does not look obese at all. >Also, Battle Chasers was perhaps the most dull attempt of catching the attention of weebs hooked on JRPG vidya.
it was very successful for its time but I don't think its recent return has been a sucsess.
In my gaming group we do all miss big boobs so much we have the homerule that when playing D&D, Rolemaster, or any sword and sorcery game the spellcasters must have breasts larger than Double Ds and all the rest be DDs
im not op, what can you tell me about this? i googled and got some basic info, but how does it play? is it easy to pick up? and what books do you reccomend?
Art like that still exist (and improved) even in shit like 5e but they are so ridiculously expensive when compared to the mainstream styles you mentioned that they get overshadowed by the other styles.
This also happens within “anime” aesthetics. Shitty generic drawings made to be as efficient as possible vs shit like berserk.
Warcraft aesthetics are the worst of them all, imo. It’s AWFUL.
The art you are so attached to comes from static, non-interactive visuals. It is inherently incompatible with moving pictures, either in cartoon or video game form. There is a reason it didn't make the jump, and more simplified forms (anime, calarts, and blocky pauldroncore shit like WoW) rose to fill the gap instead.
What you are asking for is nothing short of a complete reversal of something like half a century's worth of technological and cultural evolution. So, in short, get fricked cause its not going to happen.
Nothing is stopping you from fricking off leave, twitter or whatever other shithole you crawled out of.
Feel free to take all the 5e, OSR and PBTA cancer with you.
Gatekeep your group.
I mean, you are probably some fat lazy loser with no friends so it's effectively impossible for you, but it is not out of reach for the rest of us
Go back. Literally go to /osr/ you cry baby homosexual
Ok nogames

Hey! Don't send him to us, we don't want him either.
I think that's a wrap for us.

I know the picture is just a reaction image, but what's the story behind it?
It's a toy gun and the kid got cranky during a photoshoot because the toddler timer ran out.
Man, Madureira did downgrade the breasts of Red Sonya an awful lot. I still remember when she had bazongers twice the size of her head.
>she had bazongers twice the size of her head
TBF most Comic artists in the 90s who worked for Image were not the best at accurate human anatomy

I miss big boobs
Why did they have to go
In my gaming group we do all miss big boobs so much we have the homerule that when playing D&D, Rolemaster, or any sword and sorcery game the spellcasters must have breasts larger than Double Ds and all the rest be DDs
Pay some high schooler on deviantart $5, youll get something of comparable quality
this image comes around pretty ironic considering it's twenty years old and the kid in it is now a boomer himself
>how do I stop everyone liking what I don't like
You don't. Toughen the frick up enough to deal with this non-issue.
Western need some anime fatigue
So basically, weebs are mentally ill and the Japanese audience are huge consoomers?
Are you just figuring this out now? It's been like that since the late 90s early 00s
HYTNPD&D?
Play better games. Pic related.
im not op, what can you tell me about this? i googled and got some basic info, but how does it play? is it easy to pick up? and what books do you reccomend?
Yes yes, is "the israelite" in the room with us right now?
Where's the lie though? How do you change the art style of a major company without replacing the class in charge of major companies?
Yes, it's (You).

>evolution
More like devolution.
>waaah waaah it's challenging and my israelitedaddy won't pay for it, oh well better just give up and draw like a child
It's completely compatible, it just requires talent, skill, effort, and time - all the things lacking in modern art and artists.
Nothing is stopping you from fricking off leave, twitter or whatever other shithole you crawled out of.

lol what are you even talking about? maybe you should go out a little more
calarts is such a fake term
All of these RPG books are available in pdf form. Stop playing 5e.
Mind control.

We're reaching levels of projection that should not even be possible
Draw it yourself. Commission it. You want it, go get it. It's an art-style not a time period.
>It's an art-style not a time period.
I wish this was true
>it is physically impossible to make art like in OP's pic
Not physically but mentally. Genuine art like this does no exist except ironic or in the form of a hommage.
You gays have got to be the biggest b***hboys to ever exist, holy shit.
name one example of something like the op pic from pre 2010 that feels genuine and sincere
who the frick cares what normies think. no ones stopping you from making your own homebrew setting
