They refuse to fix old bugs. Xenia-canary quickly overshadowed it. Attacking with Roxas in the KH collection for the PS3 still halves the framerate by itself, and that bug was around way before the collection was ported to PC, for example. Sonic Unleashed works better on Xenia, so when they pushed an update that broke THAT somewhere in March or April of this year, they just left it like that.

It is weird honestly, many PS3 games never got a digital release so the online shop wasn't that useful to preserve those. Then, almost all the good or at least relevant PS3 games got a PS4, PC and/or Switch port so those are safe.
Dunno, after many years my PS3 is only useful to play Tales of Xillia, Graces F, Folklore, Tokyo Jungle and 3D Dot Heroes.

I didn't deserve my hobby going to shit. I stopped playing when i saw the writing on the wall. My wife bought me a ps4 pro and I think I have 4games? I'm done. Sometimes I boot up a doom wad or replay morrowind on pc. I'm not playing AAA pseudo rpg slop. I've basically stopped gaming. At one time I played 10 hours a week easy.
My only regret was getting rid of my copy of Tron Bonne

Because no one actually buys shit from it anymore. They just fire up NPS and download whatever they want straight from Sony's own servers for free. It's a literal money black hole so it really is in their best interest to pull it offline.

I thought it long shut down? I bought some stuff recently from 360 marketplace but it was shit that can also be purchased on the newer consoles.

Why not just keep the damn stores up? Have sales plummeted that much that it isn't worth it? It can't possibly cost them that much to keep it up right? Oh well I won't even buy anything anyways my console is modded. I'll just simply pirate like usual.
