I use it for everything except the rare games that require DX12. Just as says Elden Ring is about all that mattered enough to justify it. So I dual boot with W7 by default. Taking the 20 seconds to reboot is negligible. Using W10 for anything else is nasty.
As long as it doesnt require DX12 you're gold. Ignore the 10PCs ITT who will shit their diapers at someone using anything that isnt the newest version possible
Go to sleep anon it's getting late
I don’t want to I have work tomorrow 🙁
No you weirdo, why would you go back to Windows 7?
You can play most things on W7. Elden Ring is the only game I know so far having problems due to DX12 shit.

Why?
Windows 10 is not a real operating system. An OS is supposed to give control of your computer to you. W10 gives it to Microsoft.
People shouldn't have to jump through hoops to prevent being spied on.
You can actually boot elden ring on win 7, someone posted a workaround.
Performance issues. On the same hardware you'll get much higher FPS and fewer crashes using W10. I tested it myself.
Linux literally has better compatibility with games than Windows 7
Only morons who can't adapt to anything would try to stay on an abandonware proprietary OS that's over a decade old than just switching to Linux.

No, it doesn't
last time i checked windows 7 cant run minecraft and linux can so im gonna have to say your opinion has been deboonked

Imagine being this moronic.
Just use win 10 LTSC
I still use it, works fine.
theres about 4 games that don't work and are entirely worth losing over having a functioning OS that doesn't brick itself whenever it feels like it
