bulk seems more fitting for entei, crossing out triceratops, anklyosaur, etc. so of the most iconic dinos you have pterodactyl, which is too much of a radical departure, and ones too redundant with suicune like bipedal predators, you have sauropod left

So if we're turning the legendary cats into dinosaurs, turning the electric one into a brontosaurus seems obvious.
