Two handed is boring, go sword 'n board. I'd always go Heavy cause Daedric armor looks cool af, but if you care about perks then go with light. At 100 light armor you get a perk that gives you a chance to avoid damage.
I would try a light armor build but i wish there were more options besides fur 'n leather skirts or fancy elven shit. Would be nice if there was something more reminiscent of the armor hold guards wear
this
there is no control legend on the inventory screen in order to examine the items, only a base level ape-man would be low iq enough just hammer away at the input device on an item page of an inventory in order to accidentally figured out you can inspect the item visually
You were supposed to see when they showed on stage how to do it.
If you didn't see it you didn't know you could rotate objects and mashed buttons randomly / googled.
Are there any games with actual puzzles? Not like dumb shit like Resident Evil or The Legend of Zelda, but legitimate puzzles that make you think? The type of shit you might actually get stumped by, turn off the game, go to sleep still thinking about it, then wake up and realize the solution.

Thats how it would work though
Lets assume the falling building stops at the height of his waist
Are you suggesting the upper part of his body would tear itself from him and fly from the other portal?

That's what happened to Pinky. He went one way and his ass went the other.
i love puzzles but quite often they're not done properly and just intentionally convoluted. like in genshin where the amount of trees determines the order of objects you need to activate. or one of old ass games where you have to be in the right place at the right time and click the right pixel. just complete nonsense.
I actually started lookin at the rows of statues in that room leading up to the door trying to figure out what animals they were, or symbols on the walls for a good 5 minutes before I figured out how I was actually supposed to do that and all other claw doors
Illusion is pretty fun. Try going for a stealth illusion build. It's fun to throw a frenzy spell on a dude and watch them beat the ever living shit outta there best friend.
i got past almost 10 puzzles simply due to half luck and half by believing you had to solve it by checking the enviroment (e.g. were there lots of bear in the dungeon? bear in big circle etc) until it just didnt make any sense
Is there any other item other than the dragon claws that are worth it or necessary to examine in the menu?
Came off as kind of missed potential when I never did it again.
nobody did. we all checked a guide for this one and I'm tired of pretending otherwise.
It was the second or third claw I found that gave me the answer because I fus to da that b***h across the room and it landed palm up.
Motherfrickers act like they didn't just dragon shout every house and watch shit go flying
Couldn't tell you, I just tcl through that shit. Frick puzzles.
The journal says it's in the palm of your hand or something.
noone reads the texts in skyrim
If you're reading a journal, then what is currently in your palms? Not a golden claw.
it's only 33 combinations
3^3 = 27
ACKSHUALLY there are 4 options for each slot, thus 64 possible combinations. Yeah, I brute-forced it the first time.
I remember going full DSP
How in the hell was anyone supposed to know? Neat trick, as it teaches you how to deal with other claw doors but wtf
Wait a minute that claw...
they knew
Seeing mummies in real life is pretty cool. Pictures and videos will never be the same. I wish I could touch one just to see what the skin feels like
Probably the same as an old pair of leather boots that nobody has disturbed for years.
If you're a burger go to the Muter museum. Lots of cool shit like that.
In Philadelphia? Yeah I was there over a decade ago. Pretty cool.
I can't decide between sword 'n board or twohanded and light or heave armor. What do you prefer?
It doesn't matter cos combat sucks.
two handed, no armor or magic, no skills other than combat, pure caveman moron build
Sword and Shield, heavy armor
Grab the Spellbreaker and Dawnfang, and you’re good to go
lightning bolts
Two handed is boring, go sword 'n board. I'd always go Heavy cause Daedric armor looks cool af, but if you care about perks then go with light. At 100 light armor you get a perk that gives you a chance to avoid damage.

Unarmed khajit with heavy armor and dragon shouts
meta is dual wield mace dagger until you get windshear
light armor
Heavy Armor with twohanded but make it battlemage
2H + normal clothes
You get a card that tells you how to do it on the back. Your character even says "Wait a minute, that card..."
they solve it in one of the gameplay demos Todd showed in early 2011
this

>there is no control legend on the inventory screen in order to examine the items
huh?
the thing that tells you what options are available to use, [ (A) Confirm ] and the like
i knew it before you since i watched the presentation at quakecon live, poophands
funny that the base(d) level ape-man can figure out things that are beyond you
You were supposed to see when they showed on stage how to do it.
If you didn't see it you didn't know you could rotate objects and mashed buttons randomly / googled.
We didn’t have google back then, we had to rely on book guides. The time before the internet was wild.
Skyrim was before computer existed.
I only knew because I watched the gameplay reveal prior to the launch

nobody tell this absolute mongoloid about puzzle games.
ok
Name one (1)
portal
myst
you now realize most people who play portal could NOT beat the inertia puzzle
heh
A

That's what happened to Pinky. He went one way and his ass went the other.
I beat the game ages ago, which part are you referring to?
>Objective: Name one
>Names two
you got me, I cant. puzzle games arent real.
Talos Principle
Is this homie serious?
Try Myst, it will blow your mind.
The Witness
Detective GUI
Yes. The first puzzle is figuring out the answer yourself. Your puzzle adventure begins now!
Bonus: "for me, it's ________ ________"
>"for me, it's ________ ________"
Child porn apparently.

>Only examples are gachashit and a game you imagined
Zoomers are doomed.
Portal
Try puzzle agent.
Pathfinder has a few; or any cyan worlds games
Neverhood.
you want to play puzzle games but you're not smart enough to type puzzle games into steam or pirate bay?
ngmi
>no one mentioned Professor Layton
Drowned God
Bravo Todd
I actually started lookin at the rows of statues in that room leading up to the door trying to figure out what animals they were, or symbols on the walls for a good 5 minutes before I figured out how I was actually supposed to do that and all other claw doors
I fricked it up on purpose because I thought Louis would look cooler with 1 hand and it's funny to see Frenchmen in pain
verification not required
I wanna play as a cute mage girl
Which schools should I pick? Modded ofc.
Illusion is pretty fun. Try going for a stealth illusion build. It's fun to throw a frenzy spell on a dude and watch them beat the ever living shit outta there best friend.
I watched the gameplay showcase
>click each thingy twice
works on like half the puzzles in skyrim
>morrowind was 73 years ago
>TESVI will be 85 years from now
Pajeetfield was a glimpse into the future.

when where are only 27 possible combinations you can try randomly until the door opens might as well have no door at all.
Yeah it was like 2 minutes max of brute force, with like 7? in a long game, it didn't even matter in the grand scheme
Wait wait wait
Aren't the answers under the claw? I thought the game told you that and you just had to rotate it on your inventory
Yes, and that was too much for most players. This is why the infamous Bioshock "wait...that card" exists.
bioshock card is unironically harder than this puzzle
What in the actual lmao
it must suck ass being a game dev and having to factor in the stupidity of your players
no gonna lie i had to google how to get past this door when i first played skyrim years ago
Just clip into the wall to the right of the door with a bucket or a wooden plate as there's a button there for opening the claw door
Brute force it casual
*blocks your path*
I wish we had Tower of Hanoi puzzles instead of these shitty captchas
Is there any other item other than the dragon claws that are worth it or necessary to examine in the menu?
Came off as kind of missed potential when I never did it again.
Nope. It’s literally only for the claws and a scrapped quest with bugs in jars
you are the reason starfield was shit
The frick? I was 15 when I played this first time and right on first playthrough I figured it was the ebony claw. Do mutts really?
It is a mystery.
Honestly I don't even remember how I figured it out so fast but I do remember that I didn't even have to think about it
The main issue with the whole rotating to inspect the claw thing is that the mechanic is used for absolutely nothing else.
