Because Rockstar are scumbags and they know they can get away with it. For 70 bucks this better be a massive fricking upgrade with brand new controls and updated textures everywhere. I'm kinda hoping that they rally did go all out on it because releasing at that price just with some added godrays and an FPS boost would be a sick joke.
