Switch emulator contains a bitcoin miner. Also you'll be added to their botnet. Enjoy!
What even is a botnet? People complain about botnets when talking about EVERYTHING
Im brainlet please help
A botnet is simply where someone's personal computer is compromised, and processing resources are stolen for their own purposes.
Bitcoin mining is a prime example of that; criminals using your computer as a bot (and thousands of others on a "botnet") to mine cryptocurrency.
>t. ignorant consoletard
Found the botnet owners
BING BING WAHOOO PLEASE DON'T EMULATINO MY SWITCHARINO
You are a sad creature
i'm aware you're baiting but for those who aren't: both switch emulators for PC are open source. any sketchy shit would have been picked up on, like a billion years ago.
That's what they said about OpenSSL
nobody actually checks the source code of any open source project.
they are open sores. just remove this so called bitcoin miner
why dont u try it out urself first before asking homosexual
Well i did and every game is super jittery and the lighting is fricked in almost every game. I have a high end pc idk what im doing wrong
It's likely shader compiling. That's a normal thing that happens. just deal with it for a while and then the game will run normally.
How long should it take? Cause ive left 3 houses running for a while and its still awful. Laggy audio too
To log shaders you have to actually see the effects first
Grab a shader cache from reddit or something so it'll run better
Takes the whole first playthrough, literally
Ok but like. On cemu it wasnt like this. On ryujinx its forever laggy
ryujinx and yuzu are the same, you have to play the game start to finish to compile the shaders and have a smooth experience, and that's with the games that work...that's because said emulators are still halfway in development, while cemu and such are already fully optimized
Different emulators work differently
Though I do think I remember having to use shader caches for BotW in Cemu
Google 3H shader cache, download the one with the biggest numbers and shove that in where ever the emulator tells you, if it's still bad, try Yuzu instead, which also wants a shader cache
Can transfer your save over if you don't feel like starting over
I've tried the pre-compiled shaders and they never work, it's all a ruse
I don't know how, they do the trick every time I use them
Particularly remember playing PLA once that got running and it was at first a laggy stuttering mess, then I inserted some shaders and wow it runs
is your computer running?
You are in fact moronic. For Three Houses, use Yuzu. Also, shaders don't get compiled unless they actually get called and compiled, just standing still isn't going to call shit. Also, pre-compiled shaders do work, you're likely just using shaders from the wrong emulator or emulator version.
>That's a normal thing that happens
That hasn't happened on any platform I've used before
you have to finish the game first so that shaders are fully compiled, it's hilarious because your first playthrough of ANY game will be a stuttery jittery mess, lmao welcome to the world of switch emulation, enjoy your stay
why can't these be precomputed and shared?
Use EmuSAK. You can download shaders from it.
they literally can be, i dont know why haters insist on ignoring this.
This is a nintencultist board in which they call people "emutrannies". These """people""" are devoted to the point of mental illness
I played a shitty game that had to compile lots of shaders and most of that was done within my first hour of playing so it's not so bad as your falseflagging suggests. If anything it makes it more authentic as I get the a replacement for the Switch chugging down frames whenever anything happens and its not running at 144p.
If you have AMD use Yuzu, because they have Vulkan. Next time dont get a AMD GPU, they are always ass.
If not then download emusak and get shader caches from there.
What is emusak?
It's been there for uh some years now anon
Would recommend trying RyujiNX first
you don't even have $250 for a hacked switch from ebay? have a nice day
250 dollars is monthly payment here u c**t
Work somewhere that's not third world
Nice falseflag bait thread, dumbass homosexual
Yuzu emulayes 90% of the library without flaws.
Yuzu and Ryujinx offer the definitive way to play Switch games. For example, the best and freest way to play Sonic Origins is via an emulator.
>All ive heard our bad things.
tendies seething over switch emulators making their overpriced android tablets obsolete isn't "bad things"
pick either Yuzu or Ryujinx, doesn't really matter which one, and play vidya, homosexual
I have decent performance on an i3 9100f so the performance can't be that bad but then again. I still choose to play my actual switch over emulator just for convenience amd when it's not a stupid popular first party game then you're gonna run into the bullshit
>when it's not a stupid popular first party game then you're gonna run into the bullshit
I just launched a niche game on Ryujinx and it plays 100% fine. Your switch is more useless than you think.
Not niche enough then. I tried esp rade psi and it was laggy. I also tried the Aleste Collection and there were these weird streaks of UI that would flash across the screen while playing any of the games. It was tolerable at first but they'd get larger and more frequent as you played.
skyline is coming along nicely just a few months and we should be up and running
I hope so, then rajeesh idiots like you can finally shut the frick up
No emulation still sucks ass
Holy frick Kirby looks awful, why would I want to emulate that
why would anyone want to emulate anything? deck gays are moronic
Unironically, do steamies buy the deck just to emulate tendie games?
No, that's what my Switch is for
It depends on the game and on your computer. Most exclusives run fine if not better than on the original hardware, but shader compilation is still annoying.
Are emulators a valid replacement for the Switch? Yes. Is the experience going to be absolutely perfect 100% of the time? No.
Yuzu has async shader compilation, it shouldn't stutter for the most part.
I'm playing fe3h 50 fps flawlessly with Ryujinx
>50 fps
kek’d
probably european, im sure the game runs fine in 60/US
PAL 50hz died over 15 years ago.
did it really? I'm fricking old I guess. i was replaying sonic adventure 1 for Dreamcast recently. what a game! but anyway, it asked about 50 or 60 hz and for whatever reason I still thought the world worked this way.
It completely died with the PS360 generation. But even in the early 2000s most CTR TVs supported both 50 and 60hz; as you mentioned, some PAL games even asked what framerate you wanted the game to run at.
Ryujinx works for most AAA games you want to play, like Xenoblade Chronicles Def. Edition, Xenoblade 2 (though you migh find softlocks and other issues, this is the hardest game to emulate yet), Mario Odyssey, Metroid Dread, SMT V (though you need a CPU with massive single core performance and you might not reach 60FPS in some areas) and is overall a better emulator. It even have online functionality in selected games.
The catch is that Ryujinx's backend is OpenGL, and it suffers greatly from shader compilation stutters. You NEED to download shaders from someone else if you want to have a good time with Ryujinx. EmuSAK does that for you so you don't need to worry and it is a FOSS software. The other catch is that AMD GPUs suffers greatly with this emulator on Windows, due to shitty drivers with terrible OpenGL performance.
Yuzu is unstable, crashes a lot, steals from Ryujinx's codebase, but it does have Vulkan already, so some games do perform greatly on it, especially Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and it does perform better if you don't have good hardware or have an AMD GPU.
Stop having loyalty to a fricking emulator. Download both, and if you have the performance you need out of Ryujinx, use that, otherwise use Yuzu.
Ryujinx has better compatability, Yuzu has better performance. It's that simple
>our
It is beyond you
pokemon snap is the only switch game ive ever been interested and its pretty decent
it has some weird flashing sometimes but its functional, its a good time
>Tried Hacking my switch
>After trial and error find out that it's not patchable
/V/ros..... I just wanted to fricking play TsukiRemake and Xenoblade, frick Nintendo.
Looks like shit
Literally no reason to use Yuzu instead of Cemu for BOTW unless you're a moron
Most yuzu teannies are giant morons so it doesn't shock me
it contains a terrible virus that makes all your inputs lead to gay porn, i was victim of it. terrible thing
it works well. good games are maybe smash, shin megami tensei and idk other shit overall they are having a content drought like everyone else
>idk other shit overall they are having a content drought like everyone else
No, still a major release every month, two this July with LAL and XB3.
>they are having a content drought like everyone else
Snoy troony and xtroony cope. Nintendo has been killing it this year, it's you homosexuals that have been waiting for months on end. Kek
I'm playing Metroid Dread right now and it runs flawlessly
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO EMULATE SWITCH GAMES ON WINDOWS AND HAPPEN TO BE BUILDING YOUR PC/IN THE PROCESS OF PICKING PARTS FOR IT
DO NOT FRICKING BUY AMD GPUS
DO NOT BUY AMD GPUS
DO NOT BUY AMD GPUS
VULKAN IS TRASH ON BOTH YUZU AND RYUJINX. DO NOT BUY AN AMD GPU IF YOU WISH TO EMULATE SWITCH GAMES
Do not get an amd gpu ever, more like. Amd always breaks shit with their drivers
Worst company in the fricking business. Its worth paying the premium for nvidia.
The fact that you posted this shows emulation isn’t for you
Why do emulator devs always smash their heads against the keyboard when naming their emulator?
What the frick is a "Yuzu" or "Ryujinx" ???
Yuzu is a citrus fruit and plant in the family Rutaceae of East Asian origin. Since the emulator is developed by the Citra devs, they just used a related name.
> The name Ryujinx is based on the name "Ryujin." In other words, a name for a Mythical (Sea-God) Dragon. More information can be found here. The name stems from Ryu (as already explained), then RyuJIT; which is the codename for the JIT compiler for .NET Core. The NX part of the name is from the Codename of the Switch itself.
Do you have an AMD GPU? Use Yuzu.
Do you have a NVIDIA GPU? Use Ryujinx.
It works 100%, shader cache studders are the only thing you need to endure OR steal someones cache. Literally perfect for 99% of the revelent library.
There is zero reason to own or buy a Switch.
