You're playing on normal, right? Just dodge the heads, activate WT, and then spam PPPPK. If you have the halos for it, buy Moon of Mahaa-Kalaa so you can parry the fireballs.
My problem is that my combos are weak as shit and I don't know which are the strong ones or how to mix them. I'll try your combo next time.
It's not really complicated. PKP is good if you want to quickly launch a WW, PPKP/PPPKP is a launcher, PPKKK has 2 wicked waves; so it does a shit ton of damage, and PPPKKK is good for crowd control.
Don't bother with the other stuff yet, master the basics first.
Also, you do know what Dodge Offset is, right? It'll make your life much easier.

It's worth practicing these types of games, at least try each of the combos and get a feel for them. For this game, 100% practice dodge offset before you do anything, it's very important if you want to get to the WWs consistently.
Wait till you get Panther Offset.
Panthering away and angling your WWs to hit multiple enemies is underrated .
That's how I beat the guy last night, it's a b***h because of the enviroment you're in. You're just not circled in with him coming at you. Dodge, and dodge more.

Game has a fairly steep learning curve I think at first. Just wait until you're fighting back to back grace and glorys for the first time.

The original song isn't even sung by Sinatra, you can hear the original in the credits of the first game. I think Platinum Games just had to pay for the rights to use the song for that specific game to the record label that "owns" the rights to the song. Which means that if the devs want to reuse that same song for Bayonetta 3 for some reason they'd have to repay the record label.
