The gameplay doesn't look very good. Almost like he's just replicated his work from Bioshock Infinite 11 years later and somehow made it even worse.

Levine is why publishers pushing game devs isn't always a bad thing. He has been given pretty much as much time and money as he wants, and he has been only making shittier games.
Definitely not the only game I'm looking forward to but I'm cautiously optimistic for it.

First person game with good art direction and distilling indie concepts from games like Hades just sounds really cool to me.
It hinges on if the story is any good but the branching storyline should mean I can find something I like.
bioshock infinite is not even as bad as people say, you guys started hating it because e-celebs and youtubers started talking shit about it but when it came out most people liked it
The problem with Infinite is that it stripped away all the immersive sim elements of Bioshock 1/2 to basically turn it into a linear Cod-like shooter with Bioshock powers thrown in. Also, the plot had so many plot holes. It isn't a bad game, but its a massive step down from the first two.

I’ve never watched a video on Infinite besides matthewmatosis and crowbcat but I can tell you that I hated it the week I bought it in 2013. It’s extremely dumbed down from what we got in Bioshock, the E3 trailer was obviously all lies, and the story is extremely convoluted. Whenever I think of it, I audible groan. Levine was right to take so much time off because Judas will make or break his future in games.
I don't hate Infinite half as much as some people seem to, but I do think it's disappointing compared to Bioshock. And disappointing compared to the early "too good to be true" preview footage that portrayed it as more of a highly reactive horror game than what we got.

No. You're just another eceleb obsessed moron that thinks everybody gets their opinions from youtube videos because you do. They turned Bioshock into a fricking arena shooer. The whole game is "Enter area, kill enemies, go to next area, kill more enemies" ...all the varity from the earlier games is completely gone. It's bioshock for normalgays which is moronic in of itself because bioshock 1 was just system shock 2 for normalgays.
This board was fricking obsessed with it when it dropped. I've never played a Bioshock game so I dunno if its shit or not, but it was popular here at the time, certainly. If only because people wanted to frick the burnette

I actually really like the ideas it seems to be going for. I don't care if it does end up being "Bioshock in Space" as long as the branching style of narrative is interesting.
