Expectations: >Gameplay side is P5 2.0 with fewer systemic changes than the jump from P4 -> P5 >Team comes up with an entirely new gimmick again (i.e. no Palaces, no Treasures, no masks) >"Supernatural world" outfits/codenames stay in some fashion (convenient for characters to be able to refer to MC by an actual name in spoken lines & the costumes give character designers and merchandising more room to run)
Wishes: >Confidant/S. Link system aggressively revamped to tie back more into the main storyline and into other confidants/s. links, particularly for the main party >Confidant/S. Link system FULLY voiced from ranks 1-10 (really no excuse for the lack of this anymore) >Drop the usual "battle a god" ending and ends on a human antagonist with meaningful connections to the main cast

To add to this, in terms of theme, I'd be willing to bet that P6's supernatural world will be digitally-related in some way. With the importance of digital communication in the past ~18 months, I don't think that they will pass up the chance to link the supernatural themes to that concept in some way and explore that topic.
