The difference between these is the game's price is added on top of the bundle so you're still effectively paying for a Switch and full-priced game. PS4/5 on the other hand know nobody is gonna pay 69.99 + tip on top of the price for a new console for Horizon so they actually do make it free.

No, I'm saying it doesn't matter that Nintendo decided to a Sony-esq bundle since the game has already sold an absurd amount of copies by now. It's not a blatant sales number inflation like Sony does with Horizon bundles, it is legitimately them just not caring about making a profit off the game since literally almost every switch owner already bought it.
