Understatement of a century. It was such a fricking grindfest with almost zero payoff that I can't understand why anyone would recommend it at all. Hell, you can frick McGonagall right away but I bet they are STILL not letting you frick Hermione because they know that's what the majority of their remaining fanbase is waiting for.

If you start copying someone else's idea even though you dont like it, you cant expect good writing.

Jack-O-Nine Tails is my top. I am really invested in this game, but after playing it for like 50 hours I still have no idea what I am doing. The Russian branch has so much more sandbox mechanics and stuff in it. Like for example our branch only has 1 business, the Russians have like 7.
Deathable is another I recommend. The atmosphere is really good and the characters feel real. Too bad it is so fricked and the developer is a cuck as I am certain things will spiral into the ultra cringfantasy way too quick.

Another Chance - Dear God is that both the best and worst game ever. Also Anon is literally a Gankerner.

A lazy sellout is a lazy sellout, and there's also that a lot of these developers like to pretend they're working on shit and never deliver. If someone just honestly give a rough timeline or just say they're taking a break, nobody would care, but they just keep dragging shit along for literal years, leaching off patreon funds and giving next to nothing in return.

The amount of support falling over time from milking is likely way less than the support they'd lose from finishing their current project. The vast majority of Patreon subscribers are going to be donating because of the specific game, not the dev. As soon as the game is complete, they'll leave. Even if the dev starts a new game, a bunch of subscribers are going to leave and never come back.
It doesn't help that a lot of these devs don't even HAVE a second idea, let alone one good enough that it's going to keep peoples' interest.

Jack-O-Nine Tails is my top. I am really invested in this game, but after playing it for like 50 hours I still have no idea what I am doing. The Russian branch has so much more sandbox mechanics and stuff in it. Like for example our branch only has 1 business, the Russians have like 7.
Deathable is another I recommend. The atmosphere is really good and the characters feel real. Too bad it is so fricked and the developer is a cuck as I am certain things will spiral into the ultra cringfantasy way too quick.
Summer's Gone + BaDIK - classics, 'nuf said.
Another Chance - Dear God is that both the best and worst game ever. Also Anon is literally a Gankerner.
Kingmaker - It's dead. It had such a great potential to have a CK3 AVN, but updates are once a year and barely advance the story. It is so barebones, such a shame for the wasted potential.
Goodbye Eternity is a pretty solid one, but it is in its early stages. Again shows an amazing potential and premise, but updates are slow.

The amount of support falling over time from milking is likely way less than the support they'd lose from finishing their current project. The vast majority of Patreon subscribers are going to be donating because of the specific game, not the dev. As soon as the game is complete, they'll leave. Even if the dev starts a new game, a bunch of subscribers are going to leave and never come back.
It doesn't help that a lot of these devs don't even HAVE a second idea, let alone one good enough that it's going to keep peoples' interest.

The only good AI's for Smut are GPT4 (Insanely expensive), GPT4.5 (less expensive but still not cheap), and Claude (not available to the public).
Local models are approaching a useable state, but you need a seriously powerful GPU to run an LLM locally.
