Street Fighter characters are all supposed to be caricatures of the countries they hail from, though Mexicans are the ones who are usually good sports about stuff like this.

Adding Lily instead of T.Hawk was a mistake. I would have preferred they not add him at all if they were going to put a completely bastardized version of him in the game.
