Pic related is where the biggest stuff are, but I still think you can have a more or less faithful game with some name changes and stuff. Also biggest difference is that the entirety of the game would need to take place in one or two sectors of the galaxy because most of hyperspace isn't mapped yet
There's also minor stuff like crossguard lightsabers but honestly who cares about that
