I like that you will be able to play as either "labor" or "capital" although i find the "conflict" to be extremely contrived and moronic.
From the gameplay demo ive played it seem to be quite rough for such a simple game, i hope eventually they will make it more "snappy" and smooth to play. Also its more or less straight Xcom copy but with more interesting strategic layer

Newcomer here - I've been enjoying Xenonauts quite a bit, but what the FRICK is going on with 2? Different footage I've seen looks like a Firaxis style remake in some footage (with an ant-farm style base) and other times like another classic-style remake. How many times have these guys changed gears on the game?

I decompiled the files but I can't find any of the xenopedia images or the weapon icons

I didn't really care for the gameplay but I did like how the engine looked, they did a good job of rendering an upgraded version of 90s style 2d art in 3d.

i sent two interceptors, autoresolved no problem
and grenades dont even need to be equipped and primed, theyre overpowered, even the smoke grenade can reliably knock out ayyliums.
unironically liked that about the grenades in belts, that you don't need to shuffle them into the gun slot anymore
