I finished the game 3 times, the only thing that filtered me for a bit was that spear guy in Hirata estate and the ape because I was too greedy.
There's a ton of reasons to dislike a game that have nothing to do with the difficulty of the game

The only thing it was missing is replayability
I still replay Sekiro every few months, there's some really fun mods and if you forget the bosses movesets you will still have a little bit of challenge everytime. Bloodborne and Ds1, that Ganker says are the best ones and you can replay a lot of times with differents builds, I still can't finish a second playthrough because of how boring the bossfights and map design are.
