try these settings
if your internet is very slow after this (and youre not using all your bandwith), lower the amount of max connections, global or per torrent
downloaded the rune release from torrentleech at 70 MB per second
if this doesnt work try this
in command prompt as administrator(!!!), type in: netsh interface tcp show global*
See if it's disabled, and then if it is, type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Don't expect it to last, end of 2023 prices are expected to rise as old supply sells out and manufacturers reduce production, so if you need storage, buy in the near future/now.
