Watt can be extremely useful against enemies with defense thanks to her defense ignoring attacks. Also, she can electrify Mario making her useful against enemies without defense.

Those Paper Mario games would've been more interesting if they cut out two partners and had old partners given new abilities and even story arcs. Even something stupid like "Oh, Goombario found a jetpack. Now he can help you fly." would be better.

Watt is good, he ignores their defence meaning he has the best damage output for heavily armoured guys like Bowser, who Bow can't hurt
Bow's hide technique didn't help vs certain bosses, and Bowser was too armoured for her slaps to hurt
