>paradox games
WOOOOW THE MAP CHANGED COLOR 10/10 GAMEPLAY!!
Yes.
I wish I was better at fighting games. Growing up I had lost of fun playing fighting games with friends and we were all around the same skill level, but nowadays if you want to play fighting games you have to do it online and people online are just way too good.
How can you suck at that
Fps for me, I play a lot but I can't aim for shit
paradox games are notoriously beginner unfriendly and complex, is it really that shocking?
I only played CK2 and 3
They are pretty simple after taking a few minutes to go around the interface
it's hoi4 i tried to get into (with all dlc) and there's an absurd amount of things to keep track of
>for me it's grand strategy, specifically paradox games
All you need to do is learn how to cheat harder than the AI can cheat
>EU4
>Fighting a battle
>Have a 4/4/doesn't matter/doesn't matter general
>Defending
>Better mil tech
>Better morale
>Better discipline
>More men
>Have literally every advantage the game offers
>Still lose because the AI rolls like 12 9s in a row
>AI ignores your allies and focuses entirely on you
>AI Ally refuses to do fricking anything except siege the same fort for the entire war
The DLC gouging isn't what ruined EU4 for me, it was how utterly awful the gameplay was and how it never got any better
>learn how to cheat harder than the AI
Eat shit you gay loser homosexual lmao imagine cheating against AI hahaha kys
He was talking about abusing game mechanics more than the AI because there is no way in fricking hell you're gonna win against it in a fair fight. You dumb subhuman homosexual.
it's not that I actually think it's that hard, it's more that I get quickly fatigued and from all the billion numbers and variables on the screen and I lose track. i just alt+F4 my last session even though I was crushing the enemy because I got overwhelmed by the game itself
>man everyone has so much fun with Monster Hunter
>I wish I was
It sucks because when you mention hunting giant monsters to wear their armor and bones it sounds so cool but I can never get into the grind
it's not like grinding in an mmo where it's like a 9-5 job, "grinding" in mh to me doesn't feel like grinding because the gameplay is so fricking good
I actually did put in a fair amount of time into Rise because of personal reasons I had to travel a lot and needed a time sink. And I did okay. I fought Magnamalo the first time. I had fun with the Switch Axe but I started to realize I kept going to the same 4 locations. Granted I have not tried Sunbreak. If I did try MH again I'd probably want to try a new weapon but I also know I'd have to grind materials for a while to get a suitable one. I want it to click. I really really do because I can see the appeal.
you should try GU. it's basically a best of and more mash of all the previous games, it has an absurd amount of content
What grind ? nowadays you get a full set killing the monster twice
not him but getting a mantle can take a billion hunts if you're a bit unlucky
pdx games, and grand strategy, are jokes lad. They pretend to have depth by having a shit ton of mechanics but they're essentially map painting games
All games.
