Game where if you get stuck at difficult set pieces or bosses you can get assistance in the form of extra items or booby traps but then after you win the battles, you need to go back in time and place said extra items and boobytraps, which takes up time and resources.

Single Player audience.
It's sorta like streaming, except players from around the world can join another player's game and watch as the the host play. The audience members may be able to manipulate the host's world to a certain degree for sake of interactivity.
I'm not that big of a stream watcher, but I'm just throwing this idea out there.
Full voice controlled game.
Streamer and journalist mode. If the game detects you are recording footage then the difficulty turns itself down to pathetically easy, all cutscenes auto skip and any optional side quests become inaccessible. If the game defects you are a journalist, it locks you out of your online accounts until you finish the main story of the game. Difficulty is set to max, and cutscenes are unskippable.

That's the point, if I want to compete with you, I need to make my game as good as you. I have a team that does that, they take my ideas and put them into a different environment (gameplay, story, etc) and I am very proud of my team, you just never will see their name on this site.

Not exactly a mechanic, but gacha tools. Essentially you pay to roll and unlock new abilities/tools in combat. It's not like equipment where the base is the same, but the ability to use certain equipment itself. Start out unable to equip any armor or weapons and you pay to roll to unlock those slots for example
