I'd agree, but I'm assuming SV are done after the DLC, which I really doubt will add any pre-evolutions. Even then, we only got the Poipole line in USUM. None of the previous Ultra Beasts got pre-evolutions to date.
I didn't mind it too much with them since they were new Pokémon and most didn't need it, but if we're getting new counterparts to previous Pokémon I'd love to see how the lines are handled as a whole rather than having one-offs. Even just a few like the Jigglypuff line would be welcome.
I feel the same way, I don't like them being 'special' like UBs are if its true. If they have interesting signature moves/abilities then I'll probably warm up to them though.

Solid reference, but I'd split up the different types of Pokémon more concisely. Jigglypuff and Amoonguss both seem to be ancient forms, not cross-gens. Did you mix them up with Primeape and Pawniard?
I'd also add more on Fuecoco's evolutoins. Fuecoco2 has an egg on its head, and the final form is quadrupedal with rooster elements.

Eh, most details have been agreed on. The disagreements are very much in the minority here. Starter types are basically unanimously agreed upon. A few ideas like the ghost dog, bara dolphin, spider, and hammer e-girl have been collaborated between both Khu and Kaka. A few general ideas like the school theme or riding Legendaries are foregone conclusions. Tauros form is also quite obvious, but who expected different?
