Aside from Rockstar, Bethesda is the only company who is capable of simulating an immersive living worlds filled with lore. And yes, bugs are irrelevant. If they don't frick modding and the sandbox part like they did in FO4, the mods will carry.

Checked it out and it has a demo so I'll give it a shot sometime. The screenshots make it look like you can use a khopesh so it's probably a good game.
