The unique buffs you get seem built for Reindeer Ishmael. Molar Ishmael can solo the final boss, which I recommend you do for maximum kino. Swap her out at the last rest stop.
Nclair with Impending Day and 9:2 can generate a shitload of EGO resources for you early on.
There's a lot of sanity resets, so Faust Fluid Sac and Heathcliff's MFE EGO are a huge help. Therefore 7 or Lobotomy Faust are excellent picks for fuelling Fluid Sac.
If you have Meursault's Regret, then uptie 4 Rsault or Wsault is a great pick for boss fights.
And of course, W Don and W Ryoshu for the big deeps.
