it's okay. if you're interested in the lore of the setting, go ahead. gameplay-wise, it's pretty different since 90% of the focus is on buddy, but it's worth it i guess.

How is it feminist? Especially when the ending was about how Brad, despite all his flaws and mistakes, truly loved Buddy from the bottom of his heart, and only wanted what he thought was best for her.

And I think it’s insane to call any of that feminist. Throughout Joyful, she’s just repeating the same mistakes Brad made, and it ended up costing her the last person who genuinely cared about her in the end.
If you really want to, then go ahead. Keep in mind that it’s an epilogue DLC that DL never wanted to make, but had to because it was a kickstarter goal. DE does bring some improvements, but it still has some problems. If you’re unsatisfied, I’d recommend getting Pointless, Hopeful, Vegaful, and the various other LISA fangames to fill the void.
Timeless, Unbreakable, and a few of the mods for Pointless are worth a try too. LISA The First also finally got an official Steam release not too long ago.

Joyful is a mixed bag. It has some really great music and parts of the story are great, other parts aren't and my biggest problem is it definitively answers some questions that were left ambiguous in Painful that probably shouldn't have been
