Think I died 2 times before beating him, with one of the deaths being me discovering his crossbow machine gun attack. What's so hard about him? Pretty short range and predictable moves. He's got a ton of HP but that's about it.
I'm at 44 vigor. I invested into other stats because I think that investing into being better at taking damage is lazier than investing into attack power and getting better at dodging. Although I probably don't need that much Dex. I don't even remember how I got to this point.
You might be onto something. I just tried to clear a camp by just 2 handing moolight greatsword and it felt great. I'm considering respecing into Int/Str.
>How would people struggling against him ever beat the bosses?
i wouldn't. i got through the base game with reasonable struggle, using ashes on the last 4 or 5 bosses. i can't kill anything in this dlc. can't kill the stronger outdoor enemies. can't even scratch the actual bosses. i'm being utterly and completely filtered, and i regret my purchase.
i cannot fathom how some people are calling ER the easiest souls game when it is objectively the most difficult one by far. i platinumed BB. i finished Sekiro 20 times. Demon Souls and Dark Souls 1 are literal baby tier difficulty. ER is pure rape from start to finish.
Chinks don't find joy in anything other than winning. It's been drilled into their psyche to the point that anything less is unacceptable and they will resort to underhanded methods to achieve that single goal.
this is a PvP fight and ER uses the same rules from DS3, bigger weapon = more hyperarmor, when the boss doesn't use his skill you always break his poise with an unga weapon
I killed Rellana on 3rd try by spamming blood tax without really learning anything on like skibidi level 3. Difficulty is something you willingly impose upon yourself after all.
i put my summon sign down to help with him and got summoned with two magic users that just filled the entire room with colors while i struggled to catch up to his body flailing around the room

its morons with dex builds getting filtered by the STR chad. it went about the same for me.
just parry him 25 times bro
>claymore
>heavy attack at max range
Fighting this guy made me remember how much I suck at this game.
>Over leveled
>Still has sub 60 vigor
This is why I stopped co-oping with random players. Hosts consistently had sub 40 vigor in the main game.

You suck at life too, you silly boy. In other words, you're not living your life correctly!
You're using a greatsword, just attack him and it will break his poise. Normal enemies like that only have hyper armor during special attacks
Stop playing like a dexgay

>parry
you did not beat the game
post your rl1 +0 weapon no skibidi fragment run
>Fight Blackgaol Knight with a DEX build
>Get absolutely fricking murdered
>Respec to a STR build
>Hitstunned him until he died
Why would anyone even use DEX weapons?
Because we like to play hard mode
If a dumbshit vtuber with blue hair and bunny ears can beat it, you should be able to steamroll it. Stop whining and git gud
this is a meme right?
How would people struggling against him ever beat the bosses?

For me Elden Ring is easier than Sekiro but maybe because I use mimic and str weapons.
is that....an unfinished character design without textures sold for $40 .....wow 10/10

All gaol enemies look like that. The armor and weapons are actually fully textured, you get them when you beat him.
aaaaah so the lore explains why its trash ans the bad frame rate is also explain in the lore i assume?
yes, just read the item descriptions
I'm trash and beat him in one go
how exactly do they expect you to properly learn a fight if there is absolutly no leniency for mistakes and everything kills you in 1 second?
I have never been more convinced that troons suck at video games.
Jesus, I play casually without guides and beat him in 3 trys. Git Gud homosexuals
Something's weird about him. When he does his jump attack and recovers it feels like my backhand blades don't connect on him and deal no damage.
A girl beat this guy using her mind without a fricking control
Whats your excuse pussy
Works on my machine.
L2 R1
literally just out-hyperarmor him with a colossal weapon
>Elden ring
>Hyperarmor
????

Just spam Giant Hunt or any other weapon art/spell with hard knockdown effect.
Is bleed still OP in the DLC?
Same as it ever was

has 4 moves, is easy to dodge and parry. Only has 35 gorillion health so is granted the title of difficult and great game design.
how can people not beat this game? rolling literally makes you invulnerable. Literally just roll and attack and repeat
I just lion's clawed him to death
