Gender neutral language just doesn't work in german
It doesn't really work in english either but it's a much smaller problem there compared to trying to force it into german
Trannies can cope and seethe all they want about their american imported ideology but it will never be adopted by the masses
He is a gender neutral pronoun in English. English has neuter, it's simply that masculine is our neuter. It's simply not very gender affirming to those that freak out over that and it pisses off people who turned waiter/tress into server.
You lost that battle long ago. Singular they took over. >it's simply that masculine is our neuter
You mean like most any other language with 2 genders?
German was specifically what was in my head while I was pointing that out. Der/die/das. I know frick all about French and Italian for instance but I did German back in school.
English also has "it", but these people refuse to use that because they don't want actual solutions. They just want moronic problems to "struggle" against.
NTA but "Tauren" would be generic masculine, which is officially considered gender neutral in the german language, but it's actually not (hint: masculine in the name). So it actually isn't gender neutral. It only is officially considered so because of decades of the patriarchy having set the baseline, that the male version of a word is supposedly inclusive of the female version when it actually isn't. This is why it should be renamed to "Taurenx"
>Play Battletech in German >Character creation >Pronouns are Er (he), Sie (she), and just Sie (they) again
I switched it to English after, but I have no idea how that would even work.
>Sie (she), and just Sie (they) again
I think the closest comperison you have in english for that is the you(singular) and you(plural). Usually you would write Sie(she) with a small s (unless it's the begining of a sentence of course), while Sie(they) is written with a large S to distinguish them in text.
>Sie(she) with a small s (unless it's the begining of a sentence of course), while Sie(they) is written with a large S to distinguish them in text.
Just like Italian with lei (she) and Lei (formal singular you).
Yeah and all those terms are dead in the water. Shunned universally by the native speakers and outside spectators. It is actually hilarious how much latinos seethe whenever latinx is mentioned.
>Yeah and all those terms are dead in the water
Several governments have adopted them for official documents. >Shunned universally by the native speakers
Unless they're snowflakes/troons. >how much latinos seethe whenever latinx is mentioned.
Consider it as offensive as calling a person 'it'.
Körpe dörpe durke snurke, ja.

Sure it would. Tauren is basically neutral.
>It doesn't really work in english
Yeah it does. English is easily one of the most gender neutral languages there is.
>boy/girl
>he/she
>man/woman
>husband/wife
>actor/actress
>weatherman/weatherwoman
>waiter/waitress
whatever helps you sleep at night.
Which is why they're trying to corrupt other languages with 'neutral' genders: see 'ille' in frogspeak, and 'elle' in taco.
>few nouns are gendered in English but here are a few that are not so that means gender is super important to the English language
Do you actually speak any other languages?
Do you?
Language is still an issue. Or need I remind you about Yidsney's 'dreamers of all ages?'
anything that isn't a person, is just an it. pretty simple compared to assigning a gender to literally every object

Here in France they literally made up "iel", a mix of il (he) and elle (she)
Thankfully the French Academy said no to these homosexuals

Based. Maybe those years I spend trying to learn french weren't waste after all.
>tfw 'iel' in my language means 'Fragile' or 'Brittle'

Why are germans so allergic to the spacebar?
We just love compound words. We still have nothing on the Finnish, though.
>Body type 1 and 2
>Korpertyp
