The cpu is about the equivalent of an Intel e8400 (hard to measure the Cell itself), which is still edged out by the A57 Cortex in the Switch (which is also 64 bit and significantly more advanced from a 16nm process versus the Cell's 90nm). Switch has 4GB of RAM compared to PS3 512MB RAM. There's no contest at all, except the CPU. Stop memeing yourselves into thinking the Switch is that outdated.

Scramble doesn't run on the Persona Engine like P5R or Catherine Full Body. It runs on KT's Musou engine and all the games that use that engine runs like shit on Switch.
