it was absolutely overpriced (really should have been $40-50 instead of fricking $70) but i got it as a christmas present all my parents know about my gaming taste is that i have a switch, and i was surprised at how intricate some of the contraptions are, the motorcycle in particular had me genuinely impressed since the handle actually fricking twists back like an actual motorcycle handle. i might feel differently if i had paid for it but as far as presents go its high up on the list of things i've gotten use out of.

i’ve played 200+ hours of both, please die. Splatoon 2 is barely different from the first and it launched with hardly any content and they toon away the co-op mode for no reason. made the balancing worse and overall the first is much better.

It is the best paper mario game except for the battle system. Boss fights are good but I really hate the regular fights.

no it is not, the story is terrible. all the characters are fricking objects or generic mario enemies. they have no partners, none of the charm of the originals. an origami turtle isn’t charming, it’s just lazy. one boss is a tape dispenser. this is an rpg it has to have a good story, it’s not good just because it has pretty graphics.
Someone said it won't be today because of some Japanese holiday, but I'm sure we're getting something tomorrow or wednesday due to a couple of reasons. (The 7-11 fliers, Mario Strikers having a 3 day season instead of 7 so it could be over today, month-long Splatoon 2 event isn't running during this week)
My gf just bought the dlc on a whim over the weekend. I'm having a good time with the new tracks. Are we really get more tracks today or is OP full of shit?
Why would I be excited for garbage soulless mobile tracks? At least I'm comfy knowing that I won't even pay for it thanks to Yuzu and I've got friends to enjoy the game with so it's actually not that bad I guess.

that's why I went for a second hand copy for 30 euros, I only gave to Nintendo the money for the dlc, not the game, as everyone should do
