Modern devs cant compress. I unironically think they do this shit so your memory gets full and can't download any other game so you are forced to play theirs
it's literally what they do. they fight for your disk space, so you end up buying their mtx since "I spend all my time in this game anyway".

mfw the entire call of duty package is something like 260gb last I checked. For the first 1.5 years you couldn't even split the install, such as spec ops, campain or whatever. Down to about 160gb now.
