You don't have to gatekeep Jet Set Radio, that's the best part.
If you see someone talking about it, roll a 6 sided die. If it's a 6, they played it, if it's a 1-5, they haven't, and they've listened to 3 songs off the soundtrack, and you can just not listen to them.
