Yeah, these ports have been absolutely squandered with lack of online features and high price. At least they're going on GOG so they can be easily pirated, and they were too lazy to even add steam achievements so you're literally missing out on nothing if you do pirate. I guess we do gain something because emulation for these is awful and always has been.
Online needs to be decided on early in the project, it's not an easy thing to just plop in. You'd have to literally rebuild the game from scratch to make it work. >muh achievements
Grow up.
sn't this game a bit too old to just receive a regular HD remaster and call it a day? Even with higher res textures the game looks way too dated nowadays. This should have been a proper remake in a new engine like D2 Resurrected.
You could argue that the original didn't have online play but I don't want to defend them especially if they're doing a "remaster". The real fricking test is if they plan to do Champs of Norrath offline, because that did have online. If they cheap out at that, then they are soulless c**ts.
>goddamn... i'm almost considering popping one off to it right now for old times' sake
It was a simpler time.

anyone here played Champions of Norrath and return to arms?
Im waiting for the Everquest servers to come up as we speak so I can continue being a Champion of Norrath.

Absolute shame. Maybe there's some way to co op with remote play
Yeah, you'd think Hamachi would work or something (if Hamachi has continued to exist for the like 15 years since I last used it)
Supposedly works with steam remote play. Cheap as frick solution tho

>nooo stop enjoying things
Lol, frick off nonce.
Then why didn't they just decide early on when remastering that people would likely want to play a co-op game online?
Remasters are literally post-development, and often just a cash grab.
Who is the most kino pick and why it's Borador
>high crits
>insane bomb damage
>talks like a pirate
he's my favorite

>two female characters
>both suck

holy fricking shit what a blast of nostalgia. i remember seeing this pic in Game Informer as a kid and using it as fuel for MANY furious fap sessions.
goddamn... i'm almost considering popping one off to it right now for old times' sake

yep, it's coomin' time.
Is this released today? I just checked PS4 and its not on the store, I'm EU I guess.
Why is DA1 so expensive while DA2 is cheap as frick?
No DA1-2 + CoN1-2 megaboundle with online co-op.
It's like they literally hate money.
