Ash will either win or end up as runner up so he's at least top 2, Cynthia only lost to Ash, the new runner up/Champion so it makes sense she simply drops to third position, and Diantha has to switch places with Lance since she just defeated him. Steven lost in the first round and would drop to fourth position, Lance's, but Lance just lost to Diantha so... he should be around Diantha's rank I guess?
