It all boils down to Illusion being incompetent. Their games are always poorly optimized (if anyone else here played Sexy Beach Premium Resort they can probably confirm this)
Story starts that you get arrested trying to molest the older sister on the train, then when you get out you swear revengeance so you molest & rape the younger sister, then use that to somehow blackmail the mom and older sister into getting raped too. The rest of the game is you living in their house and raping them daily until either Stockholm Syndrome sets in or they throw you in front of a train for getting any of them pregnant.
