My favorite would be, BoTW > Witcher 3 > Elden RIng
But in hindsight, BoTW2 will likely make BoTW obsolete as it can only improve what BoTW built upon due to BoTW being a damn near tech demo. Witcher 3 /Elden Ring however stand on their own

Bitcher 3 for sure, followed by Zelda, and Elden Ring can get a participation trophy I guess.
If witcher 3 had the per item interactivity of a tes/fo engine game it would have been goat. W3, especially the expansion is absolutely beautiful, but you just can't interact with enough and thus modding is extremely limited.
Between the three I'd say a tie between ER and W3 for different reasons, botw has nothing special.
ER has the best actual gameplay.
