Brazil is also fully converted into the Game Pass model because the regional price of it is outstanding for how many games it has and the Series S is the only affordable next-gen console. They're not the ones to come crying to if you want to get a leg up on Microsoft. Oftentimes Microsoft seems to be the only company that even gives a shit about this market.
Sony pays lip service but still expects people to pay triple the price of a Game Pass sub on PS+ which offers far less games (PS+ ultimate or whatever the third tier is called is outright not sold in Brazil at all) and can't be used on PC which is also quite popular, and Nintendo is pretty a punchline.
