Oh no, I understand replacing Ms. Pac-Man. I'm wondering if they're changing his relationship with the redesigned characters so that Pac-Mom isn't "the mom of his children" but rather literally his own mother.

why not just go with this design or at least with the standard pie eyes and round nose, then just called her pac-ma'am

on the other hand, i was expecting bamco to never acknowledge the fact that pac-man world existed again (like how they ghosted klonoa for 12 fricking years), so seeing this happen in the first place is a pleasant surprise i guess. the lack of SOVL and that oversaturated plastic-y bloom "baby's first unity project" look is getting rather tiresome though
