Comparing P5 and P5R, Royal introduces 2 new major characters, showtime attacks, a new month and entire post-game dungeon/final boss, reworks guns, adds new areas to palaces, gives you more freedom with your schedule, and adds basically an extras mode including achievements, concept art, the sound track, 3D models, and a mini game.

Strikers’ combat is a really good foundation and it’s impressive how much from P5 was carried over into a new genre, but the fusion sucks and the bosses are health sponges and the writing is noticeably shit(tier than any mainline game) and the towns are boring and the graphics are godawful and the game is just kinda janky sometimes
