I already did
To this day it's the only game to which I've fallen asleep playing, as in literally sleeping sitting with the controller in my hands; in that one section with the huge tower you had to climb up
Kek I also fell asleep during that boss battle when you’re playing as hope and lightning, its like some giant jellyfish or some shit. Didn’t feel like level grinding to kill it so I just mashed auto battle, took me 58 minutes while My eyes were closed and dozing off
Anon, it would be much worse reviews if it was released on PC at the same time as the PS3/360 releases. The fact that it came so much later means that the majority of people buying at this point are people who already know they like the game, and everyone else is avoiding it.
I used to hate XII back in the day but the zodiac version as well as the direction the IP took with XV and VIIR have changed my mind and i`ve come to like that one. Back in the day the original XII and X-2 were reason enough for me to believe SE had lost it touch so i didn`t really bother with XIII when it came out but as i said, my opinion on XII has changed so there is a chance i could actually care for it now. I`d still need to be properly convinced mind you. Sell it to me, why should i revisit this instead of say... some Zelda titles that are also in my backlog.
Power of friendship beats god, again. Lightning becomes a regular human in our reality.
Literally don't bother with the continuity, none of it matters and none of it is interesting.
I'd rather infinite undiscovery or time and eternity instead, something about a massive production that ends up being totally boring is really offensive to me, same with 15
They had already spent a ton of money on marketing for the game before it even had a unified vision. The marketing team threw together the mock trailer with all the big flashy numbers and characters attacking in strings of attacks, and the developers liked it so much they used it as inspiration.
There is a good game and a good story there. Sadly the development problems hold it and none of the characters were developed correctly nor combat system. It's sad, it's one of the most beautiful games ever made, even by today's standards. You could easily pass as a current gen game with some touchups.
I already did some 5 odd years ago. I thought it was okay and enjoyed it enough to finish.
XIII-2 on the other hand was a massive pile of shit and I threw the disc out of the tray the moment the credits rolled. I think I had like 70/160 fragments by the time I beat it.
I've never been so hopelessly bored playing a video game before. Combat was mindless and 90% of all encounters could be won mashing autobattle with the other 10% only requiring an occasional switch to SEN/SEN/SEN. No idea how anyone finds that fun.
At first I thought it was neat how you could actually game over from the optional bosses but I got fed up when every single area had an encounter like that. Made me avoid big enemies altogether because I knew my Pokemon and crystariums weren't high enough level and I didn't feel like grinding.
I very much enjoyed how you could throw the Moogle at least. Not just Final Fantasy, but every video game in existence needs that.
I already did

I'm sorry you have the attention span of a zoomer, sounds like a truly terrible fate.

>grinding in a game with gated levels
that boss is the casual filter of the game, kind of impressive you survived for 58 minutes though
that and the first fight snow has after getting shiva were the only story encounters that made me die multiple times.
Did this recently get a steam release or something? That reminds me, how is the FFVIII remaster? Worth it? Ye or nay?
Digital Foundry did a video jerking it off.
Steam release was in like 2014 or something.
I already did 11 years ago and once was more than enough.
we don't play video games here
I want to wait until I upgrade my graphics card to play the series at 4K and uncapped fps.
the pc port sucks, witcher 3 runs and looks way better than ff13 on radeon 680M
They were updated this year from the ms store version. Just like they did with Nier automata.
How do you display the depots
>mostly positive
Steam reviews are basically worthless at this point.
As if. They're only worthless when they don't support your narrative.
Okay, moron.

Eclair sex.
I am playing it currently, it's surprisingly not shit, which is pretty rare for the franchise. It's like a competently designed version of FFX.

Sorry, I'm playing something much better
Serah and Show eternal love. Ganker wouldn't get it.

Filthy esl
No, never again. Get that trash the frick out of here.
>bellybutton piercing
damn so the ice queen was a bawd this whole time
once was enough. great game
Frick this game. Despite him being a complete homosexual, Spoony's review of FF13 is spot on
>BUT WE DON'T EVEN KNOW YET
I did, Vanille's game was pretty alright.
I did but I can't find my gamepass save and don't wanna restart since I was almost done
I played it three times to try and give it a fair shake, it's still absolute dogshit.
Can i get a TLDR on lightning returns? Played the first two games and have no idea how the trilogy ends.
just watch the movie on youtube
miracle of the universe
Lightning kills god and steps off a train in France

SEXO CON CLAIRE
Toriyama must be seething from Yoshida undoing all his hard work to ruin the final fantasy franchise.

I just looked, $65,000,000 budget for that shit(13), good lord

What's with the recent shilling of this snorefest of a game?
13 year anniversary was last week
>shilling
Nice hallway.
i would like to but it isn't on ps4
I'm already playing Final Fantasy IIIIIIIIIIIIII
POST
THE
PITS
WHAT'S UP WITH YOU gayS NOT POSTING THE PITS WHEN QUOTING FFXII
i did. to the end. on xbox 360
i've even made multiple attempts to get through it again so i could try to enjoy 13-2 and LR but have yet to succeed.
I see contrarians have grew their hands enough to grab hallway simulator 13
Sazh is alright
He is the only likable character in this game, and his motivation is at least understandable and reasonable
Probably one of the worst games I've ever finished.
Caius is the most unique and interesting villain in the series. FF7R Sephiroth is just a Caius full copypaste.
I beat XIII-2 just last week and I have no idea what his deal was. All I remember was that he kept mumbling something about chaos.
>e-girl cursed with quick death and reincarnation due to goddess' gift of foresight
>tries to kill etro by destroying all timelines in chaos manifest
>e-girl
e-girls are supposed to be cute and sexy. She (I forget her name) is neither of those things.
XIII is more of a VN than XIV. There I said it.
how did they do it bros
that shit still looks beautiful
Hallway. FFXII was far more impressive for the hardware, era, and scope.
>play the worst and most shit FF game
lol no i dont think i will
I did, it was fricking shit.
XIII-2 was alright I guess.
I think they were trying to replicate FF7 and failed miserably
bitch
>belly button piercing
Sure, just bring it to fricking PS4

I did. Its the game that finally killed my interest in JRPGs, a genre I use to enjoy going back to the NES.
I haven't played a single JRPG made since.
Sazh is based
Why does a color make you seethe so much, moron? Imagine being such a fragile cuckboy LMAO.
Projecting much?
>Projecting much?
You need to be 18 to post here, bud
Do Hope ever get naked in the game?
toblerone chocolate sucks massive dick, torrone is kino tho, but what mutts know

Is Lightning Returns as brutally awful as XIII-2?
why keep hanging on?
