There's a 3 chapter demo out now, anon. There's literally no reason not to at least give it a good try. Though, admittedly, out of all the Little Tail Bronx games, Fuga seems to be the one with the least dialogue and the dialogue that is there is... lacking.

You get more kids who all have their own skills and ability and you'll be figuring out new strategies on the fly because later on your kids will get injured and/or depressed more often and won't be able to fight. I thought it was fun enough for 3 playthroughs and will certainly be getting the sequel.
Yes, they roll out some real wunderwaffe nightmares for you to deal with later and you get new kids with new skills
I'm currently going through it, and really enjoying how much the game fricks with you strategy-wise as you figure out the mechanics, but the last boss I fought was a cakewalk compared to the previous ones who fricked my shit up, so I'm not sure how good it gets later
I'd say it's worth a shot, though, it's can get pretty intense depending on your choices during the game, just though don't expect masterfully written characters
