These are both great because they're practically the same gun anyway. The 9mm is based on the Browning Hi Power and the .45 is based on the Colt M1911. While /k/ommandos can probably argue for eons about the differences, they're visually almost indistuinguishable in-game and IRL. They are both from the same design by John Browning, and the Hi Power can come in a .40S&W variant similar to the M1911's .45ACP. The guns are basically brothers.

Combat was literally never meant to be in the game to begin with
But either play it on very easy with high DT armor or else just go with a tri beam laser rifle and crits so you can play 'le combat' game
