I used to always love getting on a motorcycle, going as fast as I can on a straight, and trying to out run the rendering of the entire game. >Outrun the physics of the road and end up falling into/slightly under the road >road loads fully and launches me like a mile in the air >pole/sign just teleports into existence in front of me and I die fricking instantly.
to be fair, it wasn't the games fault more than it was the console being incapable of reading data off the disc any faster. The PC version of course didn't suffer from this because the game is being read from a storage medium much faster than a disc.
PC since it has mods that give it the PS2 lighting/aesthetic while maintaining the higher frame rate and resolution. I also like the custom radio station, you can put whatever you want in the game on your own station.

PC downgraded with SkyGFX and other mods.
Probably some compatibility shit combined with Rockstar being too lazy to fix it.
probably because it was designed for ps2's emotion engine and it was a pain to port over to PC
