Like the drawthreads? The mods let a lot of threads last as long as they aren't bot threads or tism meltdowns.
There was a period of time where any drawing thread that wasn't THE drawthread (fanart, programming vs. art, ect.) would get deleted by mods. I think this was when the drawthread bot autism was really flaring up and some artists would take over other art threads as the drawthread. The garyc threads were already getting slower at this point, but the mods basically made it impossible to have a thread last more than 20 posts and the threads really haven't recovered since.

The length of the game is more or less dictated by how lost you get, but yeah, for something that costs only six or so bucks, it's decently lengthy.

It's a bit boring at the start, but picks up once you get the slide ability. Navigation never gets easier, though, you just have to remember the layout.
I think the issue with navigation is that some of the rooms just look a bit too much alike, and so some sprinkles unique details or even signs could've done the navigation some wonders. Like, yeah, in isolation the rooms are fine, but it can get a bit messy to remember where any given room was when you get an ability that finally lets you do something there.
I pirated it and enjoyed it, only had one or two "Where the frick do I go" moments

Bought the game this morning, 100% it in about 4 and a half hours, with about an hour of that just fricking around trying cool shit rather than progressing. Game is good, dev should make more of it.
I didn't figure out the backflip until halfway through even though I figured out the super backflip within 10 minutes of getting the slide jump. I also didn't figure out the double jump until pretty much the end of the game.

Glad you like the rig. As an animator, are there any changes you would have wanted? I've been using the Rigify experimental feature sets to create that IK spine rig. Not sure if you use a lot of rigs, but its a bit different than standard rigify stuff so I'm not sure how much people want it over the standard spine rig. It helps with flowing hips and shifting weights though.

Level design could have been better. The developer(s) had a stroke when level designing this shit, it's terrible garbage tier level design and no, there is nothing that can defend this, for 'metroidvania' it's very bad. Also combat is fairly sloppy.
I feel really bad that this game got so many positive reviews compared to games that actually has a lot more effort put and overall better than this.
Pseudoregalia only good point is platforming (though not ideal in some cases) and if you're furry then maybe the protagonist, since it has big ass.

There's a room right behind you that has floating orbs. The upgrade in the underbelly will let you get additional air off of those orbs as well as enemies.
