        Buy a stationary bike, use the app my "MyFitnessPal" to track and calculate your calories, just do an hour of stationary bike a day while limiting calories to 1500 a day and you'll start losing major weight this week, mostly water at the beginning but it's a good start.     Been watching old Digibro videos lately...It's so weird I used to look up to him. Such an unoptimistic fellow with a horrible outlook on the medium in general. Surface-level taste when it comes to movies, games, and music, and it shows in his wonderful and unique ideas for videos like "I want to be a Nintendo Switch" and "out-of-key autotune rap song #496." His claim to fame was making Westerners question the validity of the isekai genre and that's about it. SAO, Akashic Records, Asterisk War and GATE were all fairly decent shows, but because Digi has to insist upon his limitless knowledge of tropes while conveniently ignoring his substantial dropped list on MAL, he gets to be seen as the authority on quality. A shame, because he showed the best and worst aspects of anitube prior to his downfall.
