Yeah, I didn't really care about this when they showed it. What I AM interested in, is are they going to cut tutor moves again and readd them in the dlc.
>Charizard is bad in the meta >Gay Freak: QUICK, GIVE IT A SUPER SPECIAL GIMMICK SO IT CAN KEEP UP!!!!
Every time... I'm legitimately starting to hate Charizard now considering how massively shilled it is.
>Type 19 makes it so Tera Blast will always do the super effective type of damage on the target but you lose your stab bonus and you can't 4x effective damage on dual types >Type 19 makes your resist all types...but it's a 1/3rd damage reduction instead of a 1/2
Bot really sure how this is going to work. My guess is you won't be able to change a Pokémon's tera forms into this new type. It'll probably be tied to raids. Very curious on how the type is even going to work. Like if it's going to literally be every type and be weak to rock or it'll by a hypothetical "every type" that's just super effective against everything and weak to nothing.
it should legit remain as a gimmick going forward.

fricking kek what do you think anon?
God dammit man
There were 18 TM slots added in a recent update, but showing off new moves like this makes me think they might drop some of last gen's tutor moves.
I hate it. Makes me less excited for tutor moves.
With how you obtain TMs in this game, there probably won't even be any tutors.
That's a good point. They did add crafting now, so it might be materials or something from the DLC areas
I would say more likely it's just materials gained from Pokemon found in the DLC and not anything that special.
Would that mean in the next game these tutors moves will be in the base game? Guess we'll have to find out
Can TMs still be held? Not that the games ever stopped you from getting tutor moves from trades in the past.
You can't transfer items through home iirc
No, but I was talking about trading with other players directly.
Haven't tried it. I'm assuming you can but since this is the first game to have crafted items there's no way to compare.
>are they going to cut tutor moves again and readd them in the dlc
Possibly. Most of the moves are still in the game, but otherwise inaccessible.
Cut tutor moves are probably in first DLC, and new moves are in second DLC. Everything in the new trailer was for second DLC.
I want my monkey back.
Let's hope they stop cutting tutor moves. They won't
Isn't this basically just the Legend Plate mechanic from PLA?
Assuming from the icon and the trailer bit we had, it seems to be an "all types at the same time when active thing", yes
there are too many fricking pokemon types to remember nowadays
back in my day it was only 15
none of this dark, steel or fairy nonsense
bird
ok boomer
The type table until fairy was fine, shut the frick up grandpa

Contrarian maggot detected.
is Charizard in room with us right now?
Are you schizophrenic?
It's Bird/???? type
it's just going to be stealing from the Gamecube games with their typeless attacks that are neutral to everything
This is a better realization of Hidden Power simply because it's easier to alter the typing without worrying about specific IVs
They could have done that anyway like they have so many other features in the game.

There I balanced it
Why does Tera Blast appear as Effective in the screenshot?

Since it's tied to a turtle, it might just dynamically change your type to whatever will resist an incoming move.
