The guys being super ridiculously tall was surprising, but it makes sense when Mendo absolutely towers over Jefuty whenever they're next to each other.
What about Carl?
Carl only has a gun out in his URNC commander costume, and that specific URNC handgun isn't given a length in the artbook. The only half-decent picture of him next to anyone is picrel next to Jevon where it seems like he may be a tad shorter, but almost certainly still over six feet. There's nothing at all for Lige but she is probably as short as her onee-chan given that she (compared to the tall characters) has a gigantic kawaii uguu head.

lowest HP is lowest real HP not max HP.
terminal HP means in one-shot range. And note they do take crits into account so an elite assault with their ability (100% crit rate when above 70% HP) will choose the highest total health target that they can still nuke in one shot. Also, when an enemy has an area attack, they will always choose the orientation of it that hits as many enemies as possible along with their intended target. Also the ELID thing is I think because it doesn't ignore armor, only percent damage reduction.
This is why you always prioritize the red commandos after snipers: at full health they WILL one shot whatever they hit. They make good targets for Carl’s confusion skill because of this.

They'll head to it immediately via a jump instead of waiting until their turn to walk over.
Same as the acoustic guns in 3-2, they instantly jump to the middle the moment it's activated.

Turn the difficulty down and actually enjoy the experience instead of wiener and ball torturing yourself. You can always replay on C+ later and not get blindsided countlessly with unexpected map gimmicks that waste hours of your time

Challenge+ is pointless. You're limited to one save per turn anyways so it's not like you're pulling off b***h levels of save scumming, it's just a checkpoint so that when you inevitably need to reload, it's closer than the start of the fricking mission.

You can enable skip for unread stuff in the options, but I think a few scenes during battle are unskippable. Not sure if that's intended or a bug.

Any advice for 2-9? I feel like i cant move at all. Anytime i use the tranq dart they get discovered and everyone bum rushes me. I tried just going loud from the start and it went ok until the tank showed up.
I honestly went full stealth on that, maybe bait enemy search by tranq visible unit then move away while the mobs rush in search mode.
Im tying to be stealthy. I can get atena to her spot no problem, its the southern part thats fricking me up.

Again, upgrade your dart range because one specific scout at the bottom edge of the map can only be tagged with an upgraded straight shot.
As for the two scouts, one patrolling and the other not, you'll want to knock out the patrolling one once they're out of range of the stationary one, all others can't actually spot them at that point.
The tank/spotlight dance is fricked though. You'll want to bump down to challenge from challenge+ and then keep a few backup saves in case someone spawns in an unexpected area and there's no way you can get away in one turn, or have a huge amount of patience and write down the unexpected enemy spawns.
You're allowed to skip whenever dialog is available but if it's just dumb animations like chibis running around you're stuck waiting which sucks.
Likewise when fricking up on an enemy turn and just wanting to reload, don't make me wait for 30+ units to finish their shit first.
Upgrade your darts once in order to be able to effectively tranq. You'll want to tranq two units with Mendo/Jefuty on their first turn inside the base, those two will be out of the picture for good and you can have a better time maneuvering them.
