Yes. Buy junk systems with dead ODs and convert them to solid state systems that boot media off of SD cards. Make sure to get a Genesis and an Everdrive as well so you have an all-in-one solution for playing Master System and Sega CD games.
If you really want to go overboard, throw in a 32X and a 4MB ram cart for the Saturn and it will guarantee you pretty much full compatibility with all of Sega's home consoles except for the SG-1000.
Pd is worth more than everything on dreamcast and n64 combined unless you're into playing fighting games by yourself.
