Funny thing about DS2 is, the hardest thing were certain levels, not the bosses.
As I remember, the only ones I struggled with in my first play through were the smelter demon and the ancient dragon, and the former was only the case cause I didn't level adp and the latter because I refused to look up how to cheese him til I figured it out myself.
Sekiro is a very different game from any other souls game, so not really. At most you're ruining Elden Ring because you're going to have to go from "intense game where you and the bosses can do crazy shit" to "game where you move like a slug and the boss is jumping all over the place and attacking constantly".
