what does SSD stand for? suck suck dick?
secondaries suck dick. as in you homosexual.
*Sucky sucky dick
It's code word in child sex brothels in South East Asia servicing white gentlemen. Some of the e-girls are too young for regular sex so the two services provided are boom boom (full on penis in vegana love making) and sucky sucky for the little ones you're only allowed to use their mouth for.
SSD refers to the sucky sucky.
Why do these posts only appear when I'm drunk? These are meant to be American awake hours t. GMT Chad
kek based dickychad
Seems like the smart choice, they know everyone else under the sun was just gonna make one of these videos eventually. This way they at least get to warn morons it'll frick their warranty.
it was funny how they really really dont want you to do this but still provide a tutorial on it. its nice to see how easy it is to change out the sticks and ssd though
There was a thread with 500 posts which just died.
Anyway what's there to talk about? Everyone knew the m2 SSD is replaceable already. And everyone pretty much has one reserved already. Other than the occasional tendie flaming there's really nothing to discuss.
>occasional tendie flaming
Tendies don't flame because tendies are not aware of products not covered in Nintendo's cum, it's just morons merely pretending.
So, does this apply to the base model too?
Yes, there is only one model. Just different SSDs and different glass panel on the front.
>seeing how easy it is to replace the analog sticks
oh yeah baby, even if these frickers start to drift they're easily replacable.
>you can also get replacement parts separately from an official store that goes further than just selling analog sticks and triggers
probably the first time ever in which a corporation openly supports the idea of fixing the components directly for ten bucks rather than shelling out hundreds for a new device altogether
Isn't the battery the shit that gets hot why there are stuff above it?
No? Why would the battery get too hot? It's normally the chip that gets hot. Presumably it's buried behind the fan.
I am slightly concerned that one of the LPDDR5 RAMS on the top left doesn't appear to have cooling, unless there's something on the backplate he removed it could get quite warm. Has Linus posted anything on this yet?
as far i know, only a battery gets hot if you charge it with high currents
This isn't a GPU using GDDR6x or something. LPDDR5 consumes very little power and doesn't even require any heatpads. The plastic covers are enough to dissipate the milliwatts of heat it produces.
can't wait to put a real os on this bad boy.
absolutely based. can't wait to play After Egypt on this bad boy
HOLY HECK A MOTHER-FLIPPIN Steam Deck VIDEO WHAT THE HECK I BETTER JUMP ONTO Ganker AND START CHATTING ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW!!!!
You'd never see Apple do a video like this
I probably won't buy this any time soon, but out of interest, how likely is the battery to actually blow up? What would you need to frick up for that?
Don't phones have the same kind of battery as well generally or am I mistaken?
The odds of a non damaged battery venting(blowing up) is like 1 in 10,000,000. Just don't puncture the battery package.
I have a real computer. I never go outside. I will never care about handhelds.
is it because you are a handholdless virgin
they should something something artifact something 2.0 something something million dollar tournament
man I can't wait to see this flop. You morons will be the next wow and new world trannies

I'm going to be kicking back and play with my Deck and and morons will be seething for years while I'm just happy and comfy.
Already use a Steam Controller full time for gaming. Can't wait to use the Deck.
Just have fun. Don't be an butthole, frens.
my laptop isn't specced for gaming at all but I can still run postal 2
is the deck for me?
Launching in less than two months and zero hype. To be honest this Steam thing looks like DOA.
>On backorder for 9 months
>Zero hype
>So Valve just put a tutorial video how to void the warranty on Steam Deck and nobody made a thread yet?
fty
>and nobody made a thread yet?
No one really cares much about the deck since they either gave much more beefy pcs or no interest.
It was simply spammed here by sonygays looking to shitpost about Nintendo and when they realised Nintendogays weren't biting they stopped.
Gordon doesnt need to hear all of this, hes a highly trained professional
