Oh, really? So you're telling me right now, that the original Final Fantasy 6 on Super Nintendo Entertainment system, was programmed in Unity?
I mean I know it's a multiplatform engine, but I didn't know it supported SNES, or that it even existed back in the early-mid 90s. Incredible!
It's literally marketing. A remaster takes the original game and applies a facelift to the graphics. They're ports.
These games are rebuilt from the ground up in a new engine. They're not ports. They're not remasters. They're remakes.
They are remasters you moron. Engine doesn't matter. It's still using the same snes assets and base code. The only thing they redid was the music and retouched the party sprites.

I bet you also think Sonic Origins isn't a collection of remakes either.
The engine does matter, because the engine is the "base code" you're talking about. None of the original code from the original releases exists in any of the Pixel Remasters, because each game was recreated in a new general purpose engine to accommodate all six games.

Let me put it this way. If they were truly ports, like say Ocarina of Time 3D is, then the same bugs and glitches would work on both the original game and the Pixel Remaster. Even new bugs that were found on the Pixel Remaster would work on the NES or SNES release.
This isn't the case. Numerous bugs have been discovered on the Pixel Reamsters that are not backwards compatible, because they're not the same game. They're coded completely differently. Because they're not ports.

Copy-pasting SNES code into Unity would leave you with a project that doesn't run. It doesn't work like that. But okay you can just keep acting like your picture depicts if you want I guess if that helps you sleep at night.
I agree but not now, I don't want another FF7 Remake Aha Gotcha Let's Fight Against Destiny Instead This Time. Let them sort their own stuff first, FF6 deserves better than that.
No. That looked awful. On the other hand III remake party looked 50/50 bad and pleasant, but they shouldn't have changed their characterizations anyway.
Why
So you can b***h at how your headcanon doesnt fit the remake
Yes.
>headcanon
Gact and the time jannies were always canon, stop being so entitled!
Made for Humbaba
Where's the leotard?
>silky tights
Ah, I see that you are a man of culture as well.
They literally just did.
That's not a remake.

It's literally called remaster not remake.

if they do they should drop the overly busy amano designs for something like this
It worked for FF 2 and 3

Original releases only. No remakes.
Terra looks best under mind control. i can't decide whether her being completely silent or 'yes master' is better
>great art
>wasted on coomshit
How is it coomshit
She's fully clothed and isn't doing anything sexual
>bigger breasts
>more emphasized breasts
>visible nipples
>"sexy" face
None of that is inherently sexual. If you get triggered by women having large breasts and pretty faces you have brain damage.
